Installation process
SITE PREPARATION
• Based on your needs we will prep the site for an uneven surface, a parking lot conversion, or portable courts.
STEEL WORK
• The foundation of the court, constructed with matte black steel and anti-corrosion coating for long-lasting durability.
• Posts and support structures are anchored securely to ensure stability.
GLASS PANES
• 12mm CE tempered glass panels are carefully installed to provide optimal visibility and player safety.
• Each pane is precision-fitted and secured with stainless steel fastenings for a seamless look.
TURF INSTALLATION
• The playing surface is fitted with textured 12mm turf, the color you choose, designed for high-performance traction and ball response.
• Turf is cut and stretched to ensure a smooth, even playing field.
SAND INFILL
• Sand is spread across the turf to enhance stability and ball bounce consistency.
• The sand is evenly distributed and brushed into the fibers for optimal performance.
NET & FINAL QUALITY CHECKS
• A professional-grade net is installed, completing the court setup.
• Final quality assurance and safety inspections are conducted to ensure every detail meets Quatre Padel’s high standards.
Handover
• After the 3 day construction, the courts are all yours and ready for play!
